The Intention: Respiratory Support & Atmospheric Cleansing
Breathe Relief is an invigorating, "wide-awake" blend that feels like a breath of crisp mountain air. It is dominated by the sharp, medicinal clarity of Eucalyptus and the cooling pierce of Camphor, rounded out by the woody, balsamic undertones of Pine and Cedarwood. When diffused or applied, it immediately cuts through "heavy" atmospheres and provides a sensation of openness in the chest and sinuses.
Carrier Base: (If used for topical rub) Blend Breath Relief with a light, non-greasy base of Grapeseed to allow for quick absorption into the chest and neck area.
Essential Oil Core: Eucalyptus (Radiata and Globulus) for its powerful decongestant properties, Camphor to clear the nasal passages, and Cedarwood for its potent anti-viral and anti-bacterial action in the air.
Physical: Acts as a powerful expectorant, helping to loosen mucus and ease coughs. It is highly effective during hay fever season or when dealing with the congestion of a common cold. It helps to "disinfect" the air in shared living spaces.
Emotional: Mentally clearing and strengthening. It helps to remove feelings of being "stifled" or constricted, promoting a sense of freedom and renewed perspective during times of stress.
Inhalation: Add 5–8 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser to purify the room.
Chest Rub: (Diluted) Massage 5ml of the blend onto the chest and back, particularly before sleep, to support easy breathing through the night.
Steam: Add 2 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the vapors for 5 minutes.
Contains high levels of Cineole and Menthol; do not use on or near the faces of infants or children under the age of 6. Use with caution for those with asthma (test a small amount of vapor first). Not for internal use.
